Fold has unveiled a series of updated Long John Cargo cargo bikes designed for convenient urban transportation.

The flagship Long John Cargo E-Fold model is equipped with a Shimano EP6 or Bosch Performance Line CX electric motor with 250 W of power and 85 Nm of torque. Depending on the configuration, the battery provides up to 545 Wh. The bike is built on an aluminum frame with 20-inch wheels, equipped with Tektro four-piston hydraulic brakes and integrated lighting. For easy storage, the pedals and steering column fold down, and the rear part of the frame locks above the platform, reducing the length of the bike by almost half — from 2.36 to 1.6 meters.

The narrow 31 cm wide platform can accommodate luggage or a child carrier with safety belts and an additional compartment for belongings. The set includes full-size fenders and a footrest, and the design itself allows the E-Fold to be transported even on trains or stored in small spaces.

The Long John Cargo E-Fold starts at €6,495, while the non-electric version costs around €3,200
