The 200-meter-tall building will have 46 floors occupied by laboratories and a financial technology institute, and one of its main features will be a reflective façade that directs sunlight to the surrounding areas

The system has 2 drones; a hovering one and a smaller one that descends to the ground. The small drone uses its own sensors and motors to position itself accurately, independent of the hovering drone, allowing it to safely drop the package within a 3-foot area.
